About Glowboots

Does Glowboots sell shoes?

No. Glowboots compares and recommends; you buy from the retailer (Amazon and others), who handles the order, shipping and returns.

How does the site make money?

Through affiliate commissions. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Every section containing an affiliate link says so above the first link, not just in the footer.

Do you test the products?

Not all of them, and we say which. Verdicts cross-check customer reviews with photos, size charts converted from foot length, price history and seller track record, against a published scoring grid. When a product has been handled, the page says so.

Why do shoe sizes from Asian sellers run wrong?

Because many listings label European sizes as "UK", and the US equivalents they publish break down at the top of the range: an advertised size 12 often maps to a boot more than half an inch too short. Glowboots recalculates every size chart from foot length in centimeters.
