What is worth an email
- An error — a price that moved, a discontinued product, a size that does not match. The page gets fixed and the correction dated.
- A product worth flagging — the one that disappointed or surprised you, with a photo if you have one. That is the raw material of this site.
- A sizing question before you order. Send your foot length in centimeters, not your usual size.
- A partnership — read first what we refuse.
