Glowboots is an independent guide to shoes and outfits that shine — glitter, gold, silver, LED — for disco nights, New Year's Eve and festivals. My name is Guillaume and I write it on my own.

Why this site exists
In 2026 I built a store selling LED boots. I sourced the product from Asian suppliers, went through their listings and size charts line by line, and published videos that pulled more than four million views in a matter of days. Then I looked closely at what customers would actually receive, and I stopped.
What I found: supplier size charts are wrong at the top of the range — an advertised size 12 maps to a boot that will not fit. The listing photos do not show the boot that ships. And nobody selling these shoes says a word about it.
Glowboots came out of that. Instead of selling one more pair, I explain what to check before you buy, which model delivers, and where to get it at a fair price. The site runs on affiliate commissions: when you buy through one of my links, the retailer pays me. You pay nothing extra, and here is exactly how it works.
Independence
Nobody pays to be listed
Commission rates are set by the retailer, by category — never per product. I have no reason to steer you toward one model over another.
